Capabilities

Users can instantly supplant anything and anyone who’s on an even higher level than them. They can completely swap the rank of their opposition and either steal or replicate their powers and status, surpassing and replacing the target in everything.

For example, if the user's initial power level is 5 and whoever opposes the user is a 10, then the user will automatically jump to at least level 11, gaining a new rank, status and new abilities with every rise and taking them to an higher level.
