Due to placing a needle into his younger brother Killua's brain, Illumi Zoldyck (Hunter X Hunter) can use his Nen to manipulate his brother by placing a taboo into him; saying to never fight an opponent stronger than you.

The ability to compel a target from committing a taboo one has set against the victim's will. Sub-power of Limit Manipulation and Taboo Manipulation.

Capabilities

The user has the ability to place a taboo onto a target through magical or mental means, prohibiting them from committing/continuing an action that the user deems forbidden. Upon disobeying or attempting to disobey this restriction, a force will take effect that will compel the victim to cease the action in question (such as a barrier, induced pain, loss of control over one's body, or some form of punishment).
