Capabilities[]
The user can manipulate water through physical contact rather than remotely like with typical hydrokinesis. The user can interact with water as if it’s a physical object and shape it with their own hands, potentially gaining more precise control over water than regular hydrokinesis users. The user may even be able to manipulate other forms of liquid through touch.
Some users are capable of performing hydrokinesis both mentally and via physical contact, making this ability a technique in said cases.
