God (Unsong) is the ineffable and incomprehensible principle which orders and sustains all of creation as its simplest and most fundamental ontological ground, completely unbound by the basic principles and dichotomies inherent to the physical universe while encompassing all of them as an entity of pure wholeness possessing all characteristics and attributes, being the property of all "existence" itself and beyond it.

The All (Hermeticism) is the creator of the all and created things pre-exist in God, and the nature of the cosmos (being both the substance from which it proceeds and the governing principle which orders it), yet the things themselves and the cosmos were all created by God. Thus, God creates itself, and is both transcendent (as the creator of the cosmos) and immanent (as the created cosmos).

According to Plato's Timaeus 37, The One (Neoplatonism) is the ineffable transcendent God of which the world and subsequent realities are parts of it.
