Capabilities[]

The user has a sanitizing metabolic process, which means their body is clean all the time, and never gets dirty. They never leave behind any kind of dander or biological residue, etc. They cannot develop things like unsightly skin, bad breath, and waste products. If there are any at all, they are both minimized and sanitized. Even if the user has any body odor, whatsoever, it'll be a pleasant scent due to being so sanitized. Users will always have a clean body inside and out and anything that's dirty will automatically be sanitized to keep them clean and fresh. Always having freshly brushed white teeth, flawless skin and so on.

This power just allows one to remain clean, no actual immunity is possessed.
User may still get dirty from outside sources, for example crawling through a swamp.
