Capabilities[]
The user can perform a variety of magical acts by using a staff. The staff can be bestow/endowed with its own magic, or the user can use it to channel their magic into it and even act as an augmentation device. If the staff possesses magical properties users' channel/harness arcane energies/magic for conjuring spells, incantations and fight against mythical, repelling their magical powers or any other magical users.

When Jafar (Disney's Aladdin) wished to become the most powerful sorcerer in the world, he was given a staff of immense magical capabilities. After his resurrection by Hades his staff was the only thing that allows him to be flesh and blood.
After Esteban (Elena of Avalor) fell into the Takaina, The Well of Crystals, his wooden staff became a magical staff that gives him his own powerful magic which he primary use for Teleportation by casting a nonverbal spell and banging it to the ground. He later learned to extend its powers.
Claiomh Solais (Little Witch Academia), better known as "Shiny Rod", is a staff with the wondrous magic of Big Dipper itself within its orbs that could be accessed by those who wield it, the same power utilized to seal the Grand Triskellion long ago thus the only way to unlock it as well.
