Here's two limitations.

1) Focusing or concentrating one's strength to singular parts of the body may leave other parts vulnerable to damage or weaker than before

2) Focusing too much strength into singular parts of the body may result in strain or damage if consistently done.

Honestly, you guys disappoint me with your lack of detail.Too much focus on being "OP" and not enough practicality.
