Known as Tyrant Alice and feared by her fellow Transcendents that she can distort the world to her will, Aleister has deduced she was born from Magick. Being a Transcendent she can release the seal in children book that unleash her true power, not only can she destroy the world but can't recreate it as well.

Aradia (Toaru Majutsu no Index) is a Transcendent of the Bridge Builders Cabal and the goddess of witches, the night and moon. Like many witches, Aradia makes extensive use of ointments and plant-based mixtures by also using the Rule of Three magic a concept at the core of Wicca where the effects of a witch's magic, regardless of whether it is used for a good deed or a bad one, return to the witch at three times the strength. Being a Transcendent she can release the seal in order to draw on power transcending that of regular humans, with its activation giving Hecate, Isis, the Morrígan and Freyja would view the world from three perspectives.

H.T. Trismegistus (Toaru Majutsu no Index) is a Transcendent of the Bridge Builders Cabal and is a powerful magician who uses Cane Sword. Being a Transcendent he can release the seal of Transcendence renaming himself Z.I Trismegistus by invoking the names and powers of two gods which correspond in Liber 777 into his right and left hands such as Zeus, Indra, Odin, Mercury and Hermes.

Good Old Mary (Toaru Majutsu no Index) is a Transcendent of the Bridge Builders Cabal who's magic is powerful enough to rival the entire magic side. She has been described as possessing alchemical skill and note compilation techniques that can produce seeming miracles on the same level as her namesake. Although an alchemist and a healer, Mary can generate multiple loud explosions, lava and even become invisible. Being a Transcendent, Mary can release the seal in order to draw on power transcending that of regular humans, Mary can summon Tribikos, Kerotakis and Bain-marie.

Bologna Succubus (Toaru Majutsu no Index) is a Transcendent of the Bridge Builders Cabal. As a Transcendent she is said to be powerful enough to rival the regular magic side on her own. Her magic Cold Mistress which converts pleasure signals into pain up to intense and excrutiating levels and can cover large areas such as Shibuya. It is said that the greater the happiness a target is feeling, the greater the hell the Succubus can condemn them to, including desires for food, sex and sleep. Being a Transcendent, Bologna can release a seal to unleash her full power of Transcendence.

Mut Thebes (Toaru Majutsu no Index) is a Transcendent of the Bridge Builders Cabal. As a Transcendent she is powerful enough to rival the regular magic side on her own, she apparently specializes in punishment and execution and the only Transcendent (other than Alice) capable of killing other Transcendents with Shrink Drink a spiritual item derived from Alice in Wonderland. Mut Thebes is capable of acquiring weaponry by absorbing the shadows of those objects that come into contact with the shadow cast by the skin of her body. Being a Transcendent Mut Thebes has a seal she can release to unleash her full power as a Transcendence. In her case, its nature is that of a Dead Phoenix and the nature of her seal is a dual seal.

Anna Sprengel (Toaru Majutsu no Index) is one of the founding members of the Golden Dawn, and is incredibly powerful mage she is a magical expert of the Rosicrucian Order, being a Transcendent she is as powerful as Aiwass and at her full strength possibly destroy it. Anna also created the Breakers, from Imagine Breaker with each Breaker has a different effect.

Anna Kingsford (Toaru Majutsu no Index) is described as a great goddess of knowledge and was a wise and highly skilled magician, even among those considered expert magicians, surpassing Anna Sprengel in all aspects, as she is based off her. Due to her being reanimated as a corpse by Aleister, Kingsford rather make use of Fundamental Magic as her full magical power would risk destroying the machinery. Anna Kingsford's skill and the connection formed between herself, and Anna Sprengel means that the latter cannot defeat the former, even with Sprengel using Aiwass, Kingsford has managed to win.
