The user is capable of telepathically tattooing people. The tattoo alters what the person feels and how they think. Can be used as a brainwashing tool. When the tattoo is being imprinted on the victims skin when theres a reverberating noise and effect.

- Create tattoos that cause people to believe things.
- Tattoos can be used as weapons by drawing. For example, a knife to stab someone with, or wire to strangle.
