The ability to gain power from tattoos/body art. Variation of Affinity, sub-power of Tattoo Manipulation.

User becomes stronger, faster, more durable, etc. when they come in contact with, near or have tattoos, possibly unlocking abilities related to the affinity and enhancing the existing powers. Some users may be able to draw sustenance from tattoos or even slow or stop aging.

Because you can only have so much body art, user may have be limited to how much strength they can use.
User may be overpowered by those with tattoo or ink manipulation.
Tattoos may be covered or removed.
