There's a simple way to figure this out, by looking up the definition of psychic we can look at it to determine whether teleportation fits.
Definition according to the Oxford dictionary is as follows:
1. Relating to or denoting faculties or phenomena that are apparently inexplicable by natural laws, especially involving telepathy or clairvoyance: And as of what we know and consider to be natural law, teleportation isn't explainable. (Doesn't stop tv etc from making up their own explanations of course.)
2. Relating to the soul or mind: And most users tend to think about where they want to be and some must even attempt to remember or recreate feelings they had whilst there.
So by definition it fits the term psychic which I imagine is why its in there. Hope this helps :P
Well I for one see no reason why psychic abilities couldn't result in teleportation (or at the very least high speed matter transmission). That being said for a psychic to teleport themselves would require them to not only dissemble themself at the sub - quantam level, but then move all that matter to the location one desires to go to, and then reassemble oneself at the new location. Furthermore one would need to remain in conscious and continual control of ones quantam self during this process. I'm not saying pscyhic teleportation is an impossibility (for the only things are impossible are things we refuse to believe could be otherwise) I'm just saying that doing so would be a tremendously dangerous, taxing, and quite possibly fatal undertaking. If one was a powerful enough psychic to be to able to do so might not present as many difficulties but that is a different matter
