Enhanced Handsomeness: There are some male users of enhanced beauty, and I think that Enh. Beauty does the job alright. It's just that there's far more users of it who are women in fiction.
Appearance Effect: This is a good idea, but not as a power. I think it should instead be written up as a trait in the new Traits namespace. This more describes the vector/application of another power rather than being a power itself, which is exactly what Traits are for!
Uneven Movement: Who does this? Like, is there a KU for it? It... sounds vaguely supernatural, but very obscure.
Gun-Blade Proficiency: Oh man, Proficiency powers definitely fall into the weird gulf of "This is more of a skill than a power". I hate to say that about Gun-Blade proficiency because I love Final Fantasy, and Squall is probably my favorite protagonist from the series, so I'll admit that I find gunblades super cool (even if they are garbage IRL). But I think the Proficiencies need a hard looking at in general, so I wouldn't.
Alternate-Self Mode: Wouldn't having the abilities of your alternate self just be turning into the alternate self? This is very niche, and I'd need to see a KU to see what exactly this would do. I'm leaning towards not, since this sounds a lot like Mode Switching.
Successive Quality: This is a power if it's for things that aren't skills. Like, technically just swinging a sword makes you better at swinging swords because you practice, so it'd need to be made clear in the page that this is for supernatural improvements of abilities or objects based on usage and not just getting better at doing something the natural way. Otherwise, if it has a KU, sounds good to me!
High-Speed Deformation: I'd need to see examples for this one.
