The ability to have greatly enhanced timing and synching skills.

Capabilities
The user can synch, or time their actions to other actions being done around them, meaning they can effectively punch a speedster that is otherwise going too fast, dodge a bullet that is otherwise too fast or land something thrown on the perfect sport on a moving target.
Unlike Temporal Intuition, which just deals with time, the user is only required to know the velocity of something they time their actions to, and this is about doing rather than just simply knowing. This is done by using the best of the user's own capabilities.
