Cisco Ramon/Vibe (Arrowverse) could even regain memories from an alternate timeline as he gradually began remembering the original events after Barry reset the timeline

Because he is the Master of Time, Clockwork (Danny Phantom) is able to remember any alternate timeline including the one of Danny's evil future selves and the one where Vlad married Danny's mom.
