Users of this ability can either mimic the traits of a Tokoloshe or are one, a Tokoloshe is an artificial demon created by evil South African shamans and become vicious enforcers of their masters as well as free-roaming menaces capable of taking many different forms or becoming invisible via drinking water, they can range from simply scaring children into good behavior to outright murderous rapists and man-eaters, once a Tokoloshe is unleashed it is often believed only the powers of a witch-doctor is capable of truly banishing it.
