The trait for a power, power-set, skill, or enhancement that was gained from mutations which were induced by divine power. Variation of Esoteric Energy Induced Mutation. Source of Mutant Physiology up to Transcendent Mutant Physiology.

Also Called[]

  • Divine Mutation
  • Mutation from the Gods
  • Mystically Mutated Physiology

Effects[]

The character has received one or more mutations, from a divine source, that granted new abilities, enhanced existing abilities, or did a combination of both. Divine mutations may be granted by deities as reward for achievements of long faithful adherents, or as consequence for a slight. Divine mutations may also be triggered by characters themselves as an uncontrolled consequence of mystic practices that draw power directly from deities. While most power-granting mutations are associated with shocking changes of appearance, divine mutations may lead to grotesque and horrific appearances but they may also lead to significantly enhanced beauty.

    • Angelic Power Induced Mutation - Lesser form of Holy Mutation that may be induced by angels.
  • Unholy Power Induced Mutation - Divine Mutation induced by a monotheistic anti-god or by a deity of an unholy pantheon. Typically associated with fallen beings and horrific appearances.
