Capabilities[]
The user possesses intelligence much lower than normal. This can often work to their advantage, such as them pulling off bizarre feats because they're too dumb to realize it should be impossible.
Levels[]
- Type I: The user is only "dumb" in comparison to others, but a genius by certain standards (Example: Blukic and Driba from Ben 10: Omniverse)
- Type II: The users are largely idiotic until put in the right kind of situation or event, making them an Idiot Savant (Example: Son Goku from Dragon Ball series)
- Type III: The user is able to feign the appearance of stupidity.
