Unlike most of his counterparts in the Marvel Cinematic Multiverse, the Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man (Sam Raimi's Spider-Man/Marvel Cinematic Universe) possesses organic webs that come from his hands instead of having Web Shooters.
Circumstance in which:	One possesses powers that don't follow established rules.

The ability to possess powers that don't follow established rules or laws. Sub-power of Uniqueness and Xeno Force Manipulation. Variation of Natural Powers. Not to be confused with Lovecraftian Powers.

On top of Marshall D. Teach/Blackbeard's (One Piece) Yami Yami no Mi being the only Logia-type Devil Fruit that possesses no Elemental Intangibility, rendering him more susceptible to pain and attacks than he would be otherwise...

...he possesses an atypical body structure that enables him to wield two Devil Fruits, a feat known to kill everyone else who has ever attempted it.

While similar, Sophia's (Persona 5 Strikers) power/weapon, Pithos, is distinct from Personas, being the result of her copying actual Persona users.

...These traits carry over to the JORGE JOESTAR novel, in which Kars is shown to have various "Ultimate" Stands, which goes against the predetermined rule of one Stand per user in the JoJo universe.

Mikitaka Hazekura (JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part IV: Diamond is Unbreakable) possesses a shapeshifting power known Earth Wind & Fire, which due to his mysterious origins, it is unknown whether or not it is a Stand ability or a foreign alien ability,

Bruno Bucciarati (JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part V: Vento Aureo/Golden Wind) could detect if someone is lying by licking and tasting their sweat, an ability that is completely unrelated to his Stand abilities.

Apart from being a Stand user, Polpo (JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part V: Vento Aureo/Golden Wind) appeared to have some bizarre unexplained illusionism abilities unrelated to his Stand, demonstrated by instances in which he disguises himself as a bed or when he seemingly chewed and ate his fingers off (shown in the image), but later on appearing being just fine.
