Effects[]

The condition of being an incarnation of a higher being, an embodied entity in the flesh or to have taken on a flesh form; also known as an avatar. The character acts as the physical representation/manifestation/personification of the higher being, who is always a greater, more powerful being than their incarnation. The higher being can be anything from a deity "god/goddess", a demon, a cosmic being, power source, universal force, and/or even a higher spiritual being. Unlike other embodiments, the embodied concept is not the character's Defacto physiology. Instead, the character is made into flesh with a real physiology; generally assuming a human or even animal physiology. In other instances, the incarnation can also be a divine or demonic entity themselves like a deity, a demon or even an angel. The incarnation can be from birth, a chosen status, recreation, resurrection, possession or even though the possession of a powerful object.

Unlike an avatar, which is merely the physical body of whomever the avatar is representing, or just aspect manifestation, which can be the manifestation of anything as a spirit, or representation of life, death, emotions and even the lands taken form, an incarnation is the actual being itself having taken physical manifestation that represents a higher entity given life in flesh and blood.

Flaws/Weaknesses[]

  • Avatar Manipulation: The entity may be able to guide and influence their incarnations however they desire.
  • Aversion: The incarnation may and/or will possess the same weaknesses as the entity it comes from.
  • Death: Being the incarnation is the entity made flesh the incarnation can become gravely harmed, or even die depending on their personal powers.
  • Entity: The entity itself is in most cases way more powerful than its incarnation/avatar and can do whatever the like.
    • Remote Possession: The entity the incarnation comes from may be able to take control over them and use them/speak through them whenever they wish.
    • Superpower Negation: The incarnations powers can be negated by the entity they come from.
  • Humanity Retainment: The incarnation/avatar may and/or will still possess enough of themselves inside them to override the higher entity if the entity choses to force the incarnation/avatar to don something against their will.
