"Eat obscure alchemical metal, fiend-skank!"
― Haley Starshine to Sabine (The Order of the Stick)

The condition to become weaker when exposed and/or coming in contact to/with the certain metals. Variation of Aversion. Opposite to Metal Empowerment.

Also Called[]

  • Brass/Bronze/Copper/Gold/Iron/Silver/Steel Vulnerability
  • Metal Weakening/Vulnerability
  • Metal Weakness/Limitation/Disability
  • Metallurgy Aversion

Effects[]

As a trait, those effected by this become weaker when they come in contact with certain types of metals such as brass, copper, gold, iron, silver and even steel; to inflict harm or some type of weakness in certain entities. They become weakened by anything related to these things which can even nullify any existing powers the entities effected by it may have, and/or having physical effects on their bodies. Long-term exposure to whichever metal may result in fatal bodily conditions, cause them extreme pain, burning and/or even death especially if it enters the body.

Werewolves, most types of fairies, as well as certain types of vampires, undead, mages, asian dragons and ghosts are prime examples of those who are deeply affected by certain metals.

Aversions[]

Flaws/Weaknesses[]

  • Alphas: Alpha entities of their species may be able to bypass such weaknesses.
  • Death: The most dangerous side effect of this aversion is that it can literally kill those who possess it.
