Capabilities

The user can influence and control transhumans, a person who have been artificially enhanced with mental and/or physical abilities beyond what is considered normal for the species from an evolutionary standpoint.

Unlike Superhuman Manipulation, which deals with all natural superhuman traits and abilities, the user can only control those who possess or gained powers through scientific, technological and artificial means.
