Capabilities

The user can manipulate the trust and loyalties of others and either make them trust you or trust only themselves. They can even cause distrust amongst their comrades or others and that can cause them to kill one another or even cause victims to die from the confusion.

The user cannot manipulate victims who have Undying Loyalty.
