Capabilities[]

Users can manipulate truth, the attribute of being in accordance with fact and reality. Truth is commonly used to anything that can reflect the reality and otherwise conform to it, such as beliefs, assertions, and declarative phrases, in ordinary language. User who can manipulate the truth, they can turn any truth into a lie or any lie into the truth, changing the facts of reality to manipulate it to whatever the user defines what is truth. Falsehood/Lies is commonly thought to be the polar opposite of truth, but the user in all its powers can detect what is a lie and what is truth and remand them into anything else.
