Capabilities

The user can use all (or the very least vast majority) of the Vision Faculty and Ocular Powers by possessing one or more eyes that grants them all. They are able to use any amount of visual powers at any time, and have complete control over their abilities. With this ultimate eye in the possession of the user any new vision powers can also be copied by the ultimate eye.
