Capabilities[]
Users are either incapable or are highly resistant to blinking. They can go for ages without blinking, or possibly find blinking unnecessary, as they possess a tolerance for it; and when one is like this, during a skirmish, they can never be caught off-guard during eye-blinks, not sparing even a second of opportunity for the adversary to take advantage off when the latter's eyes are closed.
