Capabilities[]

The user can utilize the Underwater Arts, a specialized system of techniques based around aquatic power. Amphibious locomotion and adaptation are specialized supernatural powers. Being able to operate effectively underwater can present one with various difficult factors. If one is not naturally suited for water-based environments, they must learn to deal with issues like breath control and liquid resistance.

Even if one has amphibious features, it can still be difficult to properly perform; however, through specialized practices, one can learn to become exceptionally skilled in water (or other liquids). Underwater resistance can aid in developing strength, granting one enhanced physical power.

This can contribute to augmented swimming capabilities, which can fortify combat, defense and evasion abilities. To an even further extent, there are instances where one can control the submerged environment, including its entities and features, or even manipulate the power of aquatic operation, granting themselves or others amphibious capabilities. Once a student dives into the training, they can unlock a whole new world of capabilities.

  • Lack of proper knowledge could lead to power loss or dangerous effects.
  • May only be able to manifest specific form of aquatic aspect (high-speed swimming, water respiration, environmental resistance, etc.)
  • Must have water (or some comparable liquid) to move.
  • May be unintentionally overwhelmed and/or possessed thanks to techniques.
  • May be limited to types of techniques (combat skill, enhanced physical abilities, transformation, etc.).
