Though the user could still possess superhuman strength while on dry land too. Some users may possess low level of superhuman strength. Some users possess high level of superhuman strength.

  • Whether the user is in water or on land, they’re still limited to having enhanced or supernatural strength.
  • Despite their physical strength, user may not possess supernatural durability.
    • Thus, the user can still be harmed by certain means, whether they’re in water or on land.
