The Kamisato Faction (Toaru Majutsu no Index) are extremely loyal to Kamisato Kakeru, to the point that when Kihara Yuiitsu stole World Rejecter and exiled Kamisato Kakeru, forcing the girls to obey Yuiitsu until Kamisato was saved by Kamijou Touma. The girls would then turn against Yuiitsu. Toyama Luca one of the girls prioritized Kamisato safety above all when she was working with Touma and even threatened to kill Touma if he should ever forget about saving Kamisato.

After her defeat at the hands of Aleister, Qliphah Puzzle 545 (Toaru Majutsu no Index) was approached by Accelerator and told her to help him in Magic, forming a contract between the two. Ever since the demon has viewed Accelerator as her master, following his every order obediently, and even calling Accelerator her 'master'.

Unlike his fellow Transcendents who obey Alice due to fear of her powers, Trismegistus (Souyaku Toaru Majutsu no Index) has deep loyalty to Alice and genuinely cares for her as her master, willing to follow her to the very end, and would not forgive anyone who harm Alice in any way.

Due to Princess Naa kindness to Chousokabe Mourichika (Mushibugyo) when he was human, he swore to protect her to the very end...

...even going against Gaikotsu who was trying to assassinate Naa with his poison...

...going as far as to use himself as shield to protect Princess Naa from a deadly wave of poison, taking all the poison instead.
