Capabilities

User either is the universe itself or can transform their body completely into a universe while maintaining their own sentience. Users' transformed form is anatomically identical to their normal form, aside of being made of universe, in which case it contains all the organs and is somewhat vulnerable to attacks. Alternately the user can be or transform into homogeneous matter, without any part of their form being more important than the other.

User may be a universe which either gains or already possesses sentience, giving them a body universal in scale and potential, with internal functionality both complex and completely unlike ordinary life.

The users possesses complete power and authority over everything that happens within itself/the universe within them, from the matter and energy, to the laws of physics, to logic and concepts, allowing them take on any form desired. User can also micromanage each and every life-form and type of life, etc. The lifeforms that inhabit them are often an extension of their being, often acting as their immune system.
