Capabilities
The user has the ability to have the order of amount in anything be skipped, rearranged, etc, like when increasing electrical resistance, the user can skip even a large amount of numbers or have them rearranged to different orders, or even copy numbers and place them further or behind to repeat without moving the actual number from its place. This can be effectively controlled mentally, and can work on anything, from motion to wave properties to chemical properties and so on.
