Capabilities

The user is made up of or can transform their body into uranium. Their transformed form is anatomically identical to their normal form, aside from being made of uranium, in which case it contains all organs and is somewhat vulnerable to attacks. Alternatively, the user can transform into homogeneous matter, without any part of their form being more important than the other.

As a metal, uranium is highly ductile and the heaviest natural element, as well as radioactive and a poor conductor of electricity, all of which the user gains.
