The user can communicate with industrialization either telepathically, by speaking verbally, or by touching it physically. This can manifest literally, allowing one with this ability to become instantly familiar with their surroundings, talk to buildings and animate them in odd ways, discern past to future events based on prior happenstance and free forming information from the glass, masonry, concrete and air traffic and/or even move from various points by moving through the cities very substance itself.
This may allow the user to manipulate metropolitan areas to a degree, such as talking to the window glass in order to scry valuable information or invoking an innate understanding of big city districts through their gut feeling.
