Clown Shoes is a Mutant Type Quirk that grants the user cartoony Clown Shoes for feet. They possess a consciousness of their own and can remove themselves from the users legs.
Purugaret's Usage:
- She smuggled a small object in one of the shoes’ mouths.
Weaknesses:
- They have their own minds and seem to be very mischievous towards their user and anyone else.
