The user is able to generate and manipulate Fruit Punch-Flavored Water Ice.

Purugaret's Usage:

1. She was able to create a surge of this substance despite it failed to hit her target.
2. In Ep.16, Purugaret discovered that by compacting the water ice, it will last longer.

Weaknesses:

1. Room Temperature tends to weaken and diminish the water ice.
