Purugaret's Thunder Core Ability (Red Sprite)

Purugaret was imbued with a "low quality" Thunder-Core and gained the ability to generate a small amounts of electricity.

Usage:

1. Can cause a tingly sensation.
2. Can cause a shock that is enough to knockout a normal person.

Weaknesses:

1. Low power.

2. Like other Thunder-Core Humans, Purugaret has iron bars on her palms but they vanish when she is not using this ability thanks to her Imperial Policy.
