The ability to replicate powers from those with hostility and resentment towards the user. Combination of Hatred Empowerment and Superpower Replication. Opposite of Loyalty-Based Power Replication.

Capabilities

The user could replicate any powers from those that have hostility against them, either with genuine resentment or not. Anyone who stands against the user will have to face against their own abilities. They could stockpile abilities by just making enemies.
