Backstory: The silent Timothy probably knows more then what he lets on. With his origin shrouded in mystery no one knows what happened to him but one thing is known..... he is a badass crime fighter. He is more then capable of killing his foes but chooses not to. He also has an unsettling appearence courtesy of his mask and fights with an impossible style that seems to combine pure unpredictability with disciplined fighting.
