The power to be a unstable god. Advanced variation of Reality Randomization. Expression of Nigh Omnipotence. Not to be confused with Ultipotence and Anti-God.

Capabilities

The user is a unstable god, a entity wielding uncontrollable unlimited power. Putting their status and power beyond most all while having ballistic information and potential. Thus making them far below from what a true god would be and a threat to all of existence if not carefully watched.

Their control is still in tact but their results are completely randomized, resulting in negative or positive effects, having no authority over the effect. They induce changes that can effect existence on a small or very large scale. Manipulating all scientific/magical/reality formulas without forethought or reason. As these beings are the passengers instead of the conductor. They may have some minor influence that resembles control but the power behaves as an individual defying it and acts on it's own.

As a result of they're condition, they're practically a nigh omnipotent being.

Limitations

The user may be omnipotent but they're power is uncontrollable.
- They may harm themselves in the process.
Omnipotence can defeat the user due to their unmastered power.
Even how much the user tries to master it, its nature will always be unconsciously/uncontrollable.
- If they do seem to control some aspects they'll still be nigh omnipotent at best ultipotent.
  - The user may become so stressed that it will eventually affect their sanity.

Notes

Theoretically, if a unstable god did exist as the holder of all of existence. Creation wouldn't last more than millions of years after one little accident.
- Its almost impossible for them to be the true god as such these beings are a different category.
Their power could be a result for a few causes.
- Their power was manipulated somehow.
- A aftermath of a action the user has caused.
  - Cosmic Guardian users are usually the causes.
Psychological disorders may take some part of the blame resulting in the user to be in a fight or flight response.
