Capabilities[]
The user can manipulate the forces derived from various dimensional bodies (Planes, Realms, Zones, etc.) within the "sub-multiverse" of any "universe" (Context for Universe: Particular Realities of Class U).
There are 2 contexts for the word "universe", one being dimensional bodies of existence (Called Dimensions in Sci-Fantasy Settings like Marvel, DC, Anime, Video Games, Etc.) and the other being Alternate Realities, which contain infinite dimensional realms.
The only limit to this power is that you can only channel the forces of the sub-multiverse of dimensions within our reality, but never any forces from the "true multiverse" outside that reality itself (Higherdimensional Forces).

Capabilities: One of the Core Powers of the True Multiverse is Elemental Chaos (Positive Cosmological Cataphysical Energies of Quantum Æther), Both Primary and Parallel Unirealities are created by and channel this energy into them. When they channel it, the multiversal quintessence is converted by the "Realm Zenith" (the foundational dimensional plane of reality) into a form of paraphysical energies that sustaining every dimensionality in our reality, The energy is channeled into each dimensional plane; Planes are big parallel bodies of dimensionality; consisting of separate fabrics of spacetime that possibly consist of Matter/Energy/Forces (Dimensional Realms) or nothing (Dimensional Voids).
This energy seems to sustain both the physical (stuff like Mundane Matter, Common Energies, Fundamental Forces, etc.) and metaphysical (stuff like Conceptual, Paranormal, Spiritual, etc.) aspects of existence. The Vital Flow travels from Dimension to Dimension through a series of wormholes which seems to be the ley lines of esoteric lore, when the energy leaves one "Dimensional Plane" through one end and enters another through the other end.

Light of Bifröst[]
Capabilities: This Force is more of an abstract principal of existence that’s in every dimensional body within some (not all) particular realities, but when it’s activated, it manifests as a supernatural cosmic force that creates tunnels of esoteric light that can lead to any other locations both inside and outside our dimensional plane. It cannot traverse to alternate realities outside our own, only to other dimensional bodies inside this reality.
Origins: The Bifröst may exist in every dimensional body in each of these particular realities, but it was created by an unknown deity in the foundational dimension of reality (The Realm Zenith) by using it’s foundational substance to construct it. This metaphysical bridge was conceptualized though the supernatural abilities of "Imagination Materialization" and "Nigh-Omnifabrication" in under 3 Days, then weaved that idea into the fabric of each dimension through an echo of the foundational realm.
