How boring... everyone at an adventure of another world wants to be the hero... why that? Why you need to do save people if you can do whatever the hell you want without holding back? I mean... your loved ones aren't here! Hehehe...
Magnus, also known as the Dragon King Eldrak, is a otherworlder/reincarnated one into the Fantasy Multiverse, being a feared Dragon Lord.
Appearance[]
Magnus possesses a menacing and imposing presence with his dark skin, medium-length and spiked violet hair, and piercing purple eyes. His muscular and towering physique, adorned with scars and fangs, adds to his intimidating aura.
He is shirtless (out of personal choice than anything) and draped in a black cloak, he has a neck tattoo, as well as wearing baggy black pants.
Personality[]
Victor grew up fascinated by villains in animated shows, whether it was anime or other kinds of stories. He was more drawn to the characters who loved causing trouble than the typical good guys. This shaped how he saw stories and influenced his choice when Rax-Ell offered him the chance for an isekai journey. Victor had one condition: he wanted to be the villain, specifically the Dragon King, since he found the role of Demon King or Lord too cliché and overrated. Rax-Ell, intrigued by his request, agreed.
When he was reborn into the Fantasy Multiverse as Magnus, Victor's wish to be a villain came true. Magnus quickly gained a fearsome reputation, spreading terror across different worlds and dimensions. His eagerness to fully commit to being the bad guy led him to go on countless destructive rampages. However, his focus on “being the villain” also made him easy to manipulate.
Magnus's path took an unexpected turn when he unknowingly became a servant of Aldric, the evil Fairy King, who used him as a personal warrior. Even though he was being used, Magnus had no idea; he was too caught up in his own ambitions. His lack of awareness showed in his relentless quest for chaos, which blinded him to how others were using his destructive nature. He saw his role as a "herald of chaos" as his ultimate purpose, brushing off any hints that he might be getting manipulated.
Magnus is defined by his ignorance and lack of curiosity, choosing chaos over thinking things through. He proudly accepts his role as Aldric's minion, believing it's proof of his dedication to causing mayhem. Even when faced with the truth of his manipulation, he ignores it, staying committed to his chaotic ambitions. His story shows how his desire, ignorance, and determination to be a villain play out without considering the bigger picture of the Fantasy Multiverse.
Powers and Abilities[]
- Dragon Lord Physiology: Magnus, bearing the mantle of the Dragon King Eldrak, possesses a physiology that transcends the boundaries of mortal limitations. Born from the essence of ancient dragons and infused with cosmic energies, his form embodies the raw power and majesty of draconic heritage. This physiology grants him an array of superhuman abilities, transforming him into a formidable force within the Fantasy Multiverse. From his towering stature to the blazing infernos of his wrath, Magnus embodies the essence of a true Dragon Lord.
- Superhuman Strength: Magnus's muscles ripple with titanic strength, enabling him to wield immense power capable of shattering mountains and rending the earth asunder. His grip alone can crush the sturdiest of materials, while his blows deliver devastating force that can pulverize adversaries with ease. In battle, Magnus's strength knows no equal, allowing him to overpower foes and lay waste to all who dare challenge his dominance. In an instance, he engaged in a clash of titans with an ancient golem, shattering its stone form with a single thunderous blow from his mighty fists.
- Superhuman Speed: Despite his imposing size, Magnus moves with astonishing swiftness, his movements a blur of motion that defies the laws of physics. With each step, he traverses vast distances in the blink of an eye, closing the gap between himself and his adversaries with unparalleled agility. In battle, his speed grants him the advantage of swift strikes and elusive maneuvers, confounding opponents with his rapid assaults. Magnus once evaded a barrage of arrows launched by an entire battalion of archers, darting between their projectiles with speed. He then closed the distance in an instant, delivering a flurry of blows that left his foes reeling and unable to mount a coordinated defense.
- Superhuman Reflexes: Magnus's reflexes border on the supernatural, allowing him to react with lightning-quick responses to any threat that crosses his path. His heightened sensory perception grants him the ability to anticipate attacks before they occur, enabling him to evade danger with uncanny precision.
- Invulnerability: Magnus's skin is as resilient as dragonhide, rendering him impervious to conventional weapons and mundane forms of harm. Blades shatter upon impact with his impenetrable form, while flames wash harmlessly over his scaled exterior. Even the most potent magical assaults struggle to leave a lasting mark on his invulnerable physique, making him an indomitable force on the battlefield. During a siege orchestrated by a coalition of rival factions, Magnus stood unyielding amid a tempest of magical attacks and siege weaponry. Arrows glanced off his armored scales, and spells dissipated harmlessly against his impervious form, leaving him unscathed amidst the chaos of battle.
- Superhuman Agility: Despite his imposing stature, Magnus possesses agility that belies his size, moving with grace and fluidity that defy expectations. His movements are characterized by precision and finesse, allowing him to navigate treacherous terrain with ease and execute acrobatic maneuvers with effortless grace.
- Superhuman Stamina: Magnus possesses boundless reserves of stamina, allowing him to endure prolonged battles and exert himself at peak capacity for extended periods without succumbing to fatigue. His inexhaustible vitality ensures that he remains a relentless juggernaut on the battlefield, capable of outlasting even the most formidable opponents through sheer endurance alone.
- Immortality/Regenerative Healing Factor: Magnus, imbued with the essence of ancient dragons and infused with mystical energies, possesses a regenerative healing factor that borders on immortality. Wounds that would prove fatal to lesser beings close and mend in moments, while injuries that should cripple him heal with astonishing speed. This resilience to harm ensures that Magnus remains an enduring presence on the battlefield, defying death itself with each passing skirmish.
- Flight: With his draconic physiology and mastery over magical energies, Magnus can achieve flight effortlessly (both in human and dragon forms). He soars through the skies with majestic grace, propelled by the arcane forces at his command.
- Aetherial Essence Manipulation: Magnus wields an unparalleled mastery over the Aetherial Essence, allowing him to manipulate the fundamental energies of the universe at will. Drawing upon the potent currents of the aether, Magnus can reshape reality itself, conjure powerful spells, and unleash devastating arcane attacks. His command over this ethereal energy enables him to perform extraordinary feats, transcending the limitations of the physical realm. With his profound understanding of the Aether, Magnus can channel its boundless power to achieve his goals, whether it be unleashing cataclysmic forces or weaving spells with precision and finesse.
- Fire and Electricity Manipulation: Magnus's elemental affinity leans heavily towards fire and lightning, granting him unparalleled control over these primal forces. With a mere thought, he can conjure raging infernos that consume everything in their path or unleash torrents of lightning to strike down his foes with deadly precision.
- Gravity Manipulation: Magnus's draconic force affinity extends to the manipulation of gravity itself, granting him the ability to bend space and time to his will. With a mere gesture, he can create miniature black holes that ensnare his opponents, trapping them within pockets of distorted space-time that dematerializes them to subatomic levels. These gravitational anomalies distort the temporal flow around them, subjecting anything caught within their grasp to the relentless forces of entropy.
- Draconic Roar: As a signature ability, Magnus can unleash a deafening roar infused with arcane energy, capable of stunning foes and shaking the very foundations of reality. This powerful roar taps into the primal essence of draconic power, sending shockwaves rippling through the fabric of existence itself.
- Dimensional Travel: Unlike most beings in the Fantasy Multiverse, who can only travel across its vast realms by entering their natural gates, Magnus can fully open interdimensional gates with his roar; allowing him to travel that world freely.
- Dragon Summoning: As the Dragon King Eldrak, Magnus possesses the ability to summon lesser, yet still formidable, draconic minions to aid him in battle. With a commanding presence that resonates with the ancient power of dragons, Magnus can call upon these creatures to bolster his forces and turn the tide of any conflict.
- Quintessence Force/Infinite Energy: Magnus possesses the unparalleled ability to generate quintessence force, an infinite wellspring of magical energy that stems from his draconic essence. This magical reservoir is inexhaustible, continuously replenishing itself, making Magnus an eternal source of mystical power. While Magnus himself may not rely heavily on this power, his presence alone can have profound effects on the environment. Those in his vicinity experience a surge in magical potency, as if they are tapped into the very essence of creation itself. Furthermore, Magnus's quintessence force possesses a unique quality — it can rewrite the essence of other arcanists, enhancing their abilities and transforming them into more potent wielders of magic. This ability was the main reason of why Aldric took a interest on him; to help him in his schemes.
- Transformation: Magnus possesses the ability to undergo a seamless transformation between his humanoid and dragon forms. In his humanoid form, Magnus retains his intellect and cunning, utilizing his magical abilities and combat skills to their fullest extent. When he shifts into his dragon form, he undergoes a dramatic change, towering over his foes with immense size and power. In this form, Magnus embodies the raw might and majesty of dragons, boasting enhanced strength, durability, and draconic abilities.
Arcane Ascendance[]
- Draconic Apex: Magnus's ultimate ability, Arcane Ascendance, heralds a transformative metamorphosis, allowing him to embody the primal essence of dragons. During this transcendent state, Magnus's power reaches its zenith, and he becomes a living embodiment of draconic majesty and might. In Draconic Apex, Magnus gains access to unparalleled abilities that transcend the limitations of mortal magic.
- Conceptual Fire Manipulation: Within Draconic Apex, Magnus attains mastery over the very concept of fire itself, granting him the ability to manipulate mystical flames that transcend physical combustion. These conceptual flames possess the unique ability to not only incinerate physical matter but also to warp the target's perception of reality and even influence their very soul. He states that his flames are “5D”, and can affect even the entire time-stream on a strange way.
- Conceptual Telekinesis: Magnus's mastery at his Draconic Apex grants him the ability to manipulate objects at a conceptual level, transcending traditional telekinesis. By understanding the fundamental essence of objects, Magnus can telekinetically interact with their conceptual nature, exerting control over their very existence. This allows him to manipulate objects on a cosmic scale, altering their properties, reshaping their form, or even unraveling their essence with but a mere thought.
Abilities[]
- Master Combatant (Unarmed): Magnus is a seasoned combatant in hand-to-hand combat, employing a style that combines his immense strength and agility with martial prowess. He maneuvers with the fluidity and grace of a predator, striking with precision and power. His fighting style reflects his draconic nature, incorporating swift strikes reminiscent of a dragon's claws and powerful blows akin to a dragon's tail.
- Probability Analysis: Magnus possesses an extraordinary ability to analyze and manipulate probabilities to his advantage, granting him an edge in combat and decision-making. He can intuitively assess the likelihood of various outcomes in a given situation, enabling him to make calculated moves with precision. This ability allows Magnus to anticipate his opponent's actions, predict their next moves, and strategize accordingly.
Weaknesses[]
- Magnus's inherent arrogance stemming from his draconic nature and role as a Dragon King can lead to overconfidence. His pride may blind him to potential threats or vulnerabilities.
- Magnus heavily relies on his physical strength and combat prowess. Adversaries employing tactics that negate or counteract his strength, such as ranged attacks or agility-focused strategies, can create challenges for him.
Quotes[]
