Idiots. You think order and chaos are opposites. Let me tell you something: it isn't. They are just different sides of the same coin. You call me a chaos-bringer, a world-destroyer. No. This is truly order. Pain exists because there is life. Life means suffering. As long life exists, people will find reasons to hate each other and hurt because of it. So here it is: I will annihilate every single mortal, every single god, every single demon, every single BEING , and then every single world. Throughout all the multiverse. Until there is NOTHING left. And then... I will kill myself. Then, finally. In a word of nonexistence. A world without suffering.... a world without anything. And who gets in my way from achieving that...? Will be erased.

Samuel Sanders, also known as the Fate Master, is an alternate version of the anti-hero Steel Master. This version of him became very twisted and seeks to apply justice and inspire hope no matter the costs. Obviously, he is considered as the most dangerous villain in all multiverse.

Appearance

Samuel is an adult male of average height with a muscular physique, a messy brown hair streaked with white, a mechanized dark and gold arm, and a glowing left eye with a scar running through it.

Usually, he wears a shirt with medium sleeves along with an enchanted blue jacket with orange and green details and black gloves. He also wears black pants and shoes with no laces. Due to his cyborg nature, his body and attire are mostly mechanized and he can always adjust his body in any way he seems fit.

Personality

This version of Samuel is a complete departure from his main self. He was already on a dark path after losing his girlfriend, Noelle, but the Pontrax invasion—which killed Tom (Starbooster) and a bunch of other heroes—was the final straw. It shattered whatever was left of his old ideals and forged him into something new: a fanatic utterly consumed by his own twisted vision of "absolute justice". Now, he's an avenger who believes the only way to fix the universe's problems is to burn them all down, no matter the cost. He's gone completely off the deep end.

Don't let his calm exterior fool you. Underneath that collected surface is a razor-sharp, calculating mind that's several steps ahead of everyone else. He cooks up plans so complex and deceptive that even geniuses get played. His agility and mastery over his powers give him an almost terrifying level of control in any fight, letting him turn the tide even when things look hopeless.

At his core, Samuel's driven by one unshakable belief: that fate itself needs to be forced into order. He thinks chaos is a disease, and he's the cure—no matter how many lives it takes to administer it. He’s convinced that only through his ruthless control can the universe ever find real peace and happiness, and whoever gets on his way, he will use his Domain of Absolute Annihilation on them. He has no hope in anyone; views heroes as fools, other villains as pathetic excuses, gods as inactive failures, demons as useless creatures, and angels/saints as blind servants; and has already accepted that the unfathomable true is destruction.

So now he tears across the multiverse, dishing out his version of peace through absolute destruction. He won't hesitate, he won't compromise, and he sure as hell won't stop. He knows deep down that what he's doing is wrong and that he's way past redemption, but he's too far gone to care. He's a broken soul carrying a burden he never wanted, seeing his bloody mission through to the end because he honestly believes there's no other way. Still, his conviction is absolute, and he will not stop until he achieves what he wants.

Powers and Abilities

• Superhuman Physiology: Samuel, like his early counterpart, was born with the same extremely high mental capabilities, notable intuitive aptitude. In addition, he also took a formula that boosted his physicality to superhuman levels. In addition, this version of him has access to a great level of magical power, thus making him insanely powerful and one of the few omni-humans throughout the multiverse.
  • Superhuman Strength: Samuel's physical strength is nothing short of astounding. He has demonstrated the ability to crush entire stars and manipulate the very fabric of space with his raw power. When pitted against formidable opponents like Ryan, Chris, and Unichtozhitel, he showcased his incredible might, proving that he stands among the strongest beings in the universe. While he kept up with the mentioned individuals with relative difficult, he was able to overwhelm several other heroes at the same time (including some of Mariana's summons).
  • Superhuman Speed: Samuel's speed defies the boundaries of ordinary perception. His movements are so swift that he can traverse vast distances in mere fractions of a second. His speed extends to the subatomic level, reaching planck time-fast movements. When facing opponents like Ryan in his Berserker Form, Samuel effortlessly kept up with his incredible speed (even though considering the mentioned hero was moving faster than infinity itself).
    • Superhuman Reflexes: Samuel's reflexes are nothing short of extraordinary. He possesses the ability to react to threats with unparalleled speed and precision.
  • Invulnerability: Samuel's body exhibits near-invulnerability against a multitude of threats and adversities. He remains impervious to extreme temperatures, radiation, energy-based attacks, and even manipulation of matter and souls. Even when faced with hostile environments, including the vacuum of space, he remains unscathed, with his durability only matched by powers on par with his own. With his armor, Samuel becomes immune to most types of powers. When it comes to magic and other energy-based powers, his body instantly repels them.
  • Superhuman Stamina: His stamina surpasses that of ordinary humans. He can engage in prolonged battles without experiencing fatigue. He's capable of enduring injuries and continuing to fight without flinching, making him a relentless force to be reckoned with on the battlefield.
  • Superhuman Agility: Samuel's agility is nothing short of remarkable. He can perform complex acrobatics, execute gravity-defying maneuvers with grace and precision, and move with a level of agility that outmatches ordinary humans.
  • Regenerative Healing Factor: Samuel also has the ability to regenerate great damage to his person thanks to the technological modification of his body which, combined with his other attributes, grants him semi-immortality. He is able to heal from minor injuries in mere moments, regrow lost limbs, and even reassemble himself if his body is "blown" to pieces. Due to his vast magical power, the regeneration also works in a spiritual level.
  • Technorganic Body: In order not to depend on his armor, Samuel modified his body through surgeries and procedures, installing state-of-the-art technology using part of Earth and alien science, becoming a bionic being with extremely high capabilities, both physical and mental. His system includes infrared sensors, external analyzers, technological and data manipulation, among others.
    • Reactive Adaptation: Samuel's body when analyzing an opponent is able to adapt almost instantly making him more resistant and armed to deal with the situation depending on what it is. Such examples include: creating a sonic weapon for opponents weak to sound, developing psychic destabilizers against telekinetic enemies, generating energy blockers to prevent absorption, and so on.
      • Self-Sustenance: His unique and adaptive physiology grants him the ability to thrive without the need for sustenance, sleep, or even the necessity to breathe. This self-sustaining nature enables him to endure inhospitable environments and extended periods without basic human requirements, reinforcing his resilience in various situations.
    • Bio-Tech Manipulation: His cyborg body is equipped with different weapons and equipment that make him more than capable of dealing with any type of opponent. Such weapons include: energy siphons, utronium swords, intangibility and teleportation belt, devices capable of causing confusion or coma, matter transmuters, force-fields, in addition to various types of energy projection (such as electromagnetism, solar, radiation and antimatter).
  • Magic: Seeking to gain more power, Samuel traveled to ancient temples and researched hundreds of sources in order to learn magic. His intellect and determination allowed him to learn at a greatly accelerated rate. Thus, with just a few years of training, he managed to reach a level of sorcery that awarded him with a status of being one of the multiverse's most powerful mages.
    • Spell Casting: Samuel can cast spells, which are formulas to produce a unique magical effect. Samuel is notable for not only having a large number of spells, but also being able to activate them without having to recite words or make specific gestures. With that, he can use different types of powers such as: freezing, time stopping, invocation, conceptual changes, and of course, reality warping.
      • Power Negation: Samuel is also skilled with the use of a magic capable of weakening or even completely negating an individual's powers. This ability is based on the principle of “the less, the better”, as Samuel can completely negate a specific power while many others are only weakened (but, the more they are negated the more the spell weakens).
      • Existence Erasure: His techniques are capable of utterly tearing apart the atomic, spiritual and dimensional structure of a living being, effectively erasing them from existence, eliminating any traces of their identity, including temporal and conceptual information. These spells/techniques can affect even beings of immense power leaving them severely weakened with a single cast.
    • Physics Magic: Among all his arsenal, Samuel specializes in the use of a "scientific magic" that allows him to control the laws of physics that govern the universe. Combined with his great knowledge in science, makes him extremely powerful able to reach scaling at universal-levels with his power. With this proficiency, he has control over the four fundamental forces (gravity, electromagnetism, strong force and weak force). In addition, this magic allows him to have resistance against almost any ability, including matter manipulation (since his atoms are extremely stable due to this power).
    • Mind Control: His obsession with order is so intense that he has spent centuries researching ways to control not only reality itself but also the minds and wills of individuals. His magic allows him to alter emotions, suppress free will, and even implant thoughts or desires in the minds of others — all to maintain his vision of ultimate peace.
    • Eldritch Magic: In addition to being proficient with conventional magic, Samuel has also learned how to draw and use extra-dimensional magic, the capacity of which is far greater than that of conventional magic. Unlike most users, he borrows power from vile beings and considered chaotic in order to get as much as possible (an impressive feat, since even using it for extended periods Samuel manages to maintain his sanity and focus).
      • Divine Empowerment: Using eldritch magic to absorb the power of entities, Samuel can enhance all of his attributes (strength, speed, durability) to levels beyond what conventional magic can provide, in a way that makes him a force many mages consider to be "too strong".
    • Necromancy: Utilizing his powers, combined with the magic of death gods, Samuel is capable of using an advanced level of necromancy in ways that allow him to manipulate the body and spirit of the dead, and absorb the life and death-force of almost any being. Notably, he used this ability to resurrect the TGZ of his home universe and use them as his personal bodyguards (Zombie Hyper being the strongest among them).

From eldritch beings and mystical relics to sacred ceremonies and forbidden incantations, he possesses an encyclopedic understanding of the occult.
• Psychological Mastery: Beyond his physical and magical prowess, Samuel is an expert manipulator of the mind. He has been known to break even the most resilient individuals by exploiting their weaknesses, fears, and regrets. He enjoys breaking down powerful beings mentally before defeating them physically.
• Master Swordsmanship: Having undergone rigorous training across various corners of the world, Fate Master has honed his swordsmanship to perfection. His relentless dedication led him to seek tutelage under the most esteemed masters, surpassing each one until he emerged as the victor. His swordplay is of such supreme skill that he proved to be a worthy adversary to Hyper in a formidable duel of blades.

Weaknesses

• His armors, due to combining magic and science, are weak to chi (and are weakened in contact with users with this kind of power).
• Despite being resistant, Samuel can weaken his own resistance if he uses powerful spells too many times.

  • Description: The towering pinnacle of Samuel's arsenal, the Hope Shredder stands at an imposing height of over two meters. Forged from the rarest materials crafted on the revered Forge of the Ten and imbued with a touch of Jormün metal (a divine material), this formidable suit of armor radiates an aura of sheer power. Its core is fueled by an enchanting stone of unparalleled potency, a result of Samuel's relentless experimentation and refinement. This magical stone grants the armor an unfathomable wellspring of energy, enabling Samuel to tap into extraordinary levels of power and command an array of potent spells. With the Hope Shredder enveloping him, Samuel transcends the limitations of his normal capabilities, becoming a force to be reckoned with. He effortlessly incapacitated a multitude of World Security League members and engaged in a riveting battle on equal footing against both Steel Master in his Dark Hope Armor and Supreme Cosmos Starbooster. Samuel also stated that this armor could easily stand up with most of Mariana's summons easily.
  • Appearance: It's a sleek, robust black armor is adorned with bold red lines, giving it a sharp, dynamic look. A gold faceplate covers Samuel's face, its reflective surface adding an air of mystery and power. His left arm is replaced with a blade arm, a jagged, sharp weapon that gleams with deadly intent. His broad shoulders are protected by imposing spiked shoulder pads, further enhancing the threatening aesthetic. Flowing from his back is a green cape, vibrant and dynamic.
  • Powers and Capabilities: Magic Empowerment (the cornerstone of the Hope Shredder lies in its complete reliance on an enigmatic and highly volatile magical stone. This mystical gem pulsates with immeasurable power, serving as the lifeblood of the armor itself. It imbues the suit with an abundance of energy, lending it both enhanced maneuverability and heightened spellcasting capabilities. The magic-infused stone serves as a conduit, allowing Samuel to channel his mystical prowess with greater ease and finesse).

Techniques & Movements

• Zepyroth's Absolute Devouring Fists
  • Type: Attack Technique
  • Description: A series of blows of extreme power capable of utterly tearing apart the atomic, spiritual and dimensional structure of a living being, effectively erasing them from existence, eliminating any traces of their identity, including temporal and conceptual information. This spell can affect even beings of immense power leaving them severely weakened with a single cast.
  • Limitations: Its only weakness is that it can only be performed once a day and leaves the user with great fatigue and muscle pain.
• Zepyroth's Domain of Absolute Annihilation
  • Type: Attack Technique
  • Description: ZADF's more powerful, faster and efficient variant. With a simple movement of his hands and the pronunciation of the word Zenshin (“Advance” in Japanese), he creates a sphere 133.2 meters in diameter, imprisoning the target there. Once done, with less than a picosecond of activation, the attack begins, consisting of a relentless barrage of magical energy like a massive tornado that dismembers its victims layer by layer until every aspect of their being is completely decimated (even their concept itself).
  • Limitations: Samuel can only perform this 3 times per day as it puts muscular aches all over his body and decreases his magic output by 35% with each use.
• Endless Judgement
  • Type: Attack Technique
  • Description: Samuel creates a huge amount of portals that release an incredible destructive attack that destroys the target with the full force of the four forces of the universe: Weak Force, Strong Force, Gravity and Electromagnetism. He can use it several times in a row and using his technology together with magic, he can increase the power of the attack by a maximum of 20 times.
• Repulsing Ray
  • Type: Support Technique
  • Description: A single but strong beam of gravitational repulsion that can instantly repel most enemies with relative ease. By compressing energy and/or using magic, he can make it even more powerful than normal. First used against Umbraflux after he invaded Dominion's quarters.
• Zero Point: Death Pulse
  • Type: Attack/Support Technique
  • Description: By combining magic and technology, he can release a ball of platinum energy that deals severe damage and can ignore almost any type of damage absorption or reduction ability.
  • Limitations: Needs a rest between shows, otherwise it will lose power and precision.
