Every existing utopia, along with its entities, creatures, and the very concept of utopia, lies within their total control.

By having absolute power and control over utopias, users hold sway over the fundamental principles and probabilities that construct these ideal realms. Whether through magical, supernatural, scientific, or other means, they possess the capability to create various types of utopias, tailor-made to their desires.

The dominion over utopias empowers users to decide what should be and how probabilities of happiness, satisfaction, perfection, and purpose unfold within these realms. They become architects of paradise, shaping every facet of utopian existence to ensure everlasting harmony, prosperity, and fulfillment for every reality.
