The power to cause effects through speech, including supernatural words/phrases/formulas. Variation of Effect Generation, Phenomenon/Supernatural Phenomenon Inducement and Spell Casting. Related to Incantation. Not to be confused with Voice Casting.

Capabilities[]

The user can cause effects/phenomenon/supernatural phenomena through speech, wether spoken, inscribed, gestured or expressed by other means. Any form of verbalization may be used as a conduit for these effects, though they often come in the form of magical words or powerful formulas.

The most common form of this is speaking in a specific language or pattern to achieve such effects. Unlike Supernatural Voice, Vocifery and Incantation, it isn't strictly the power of one's voice and the power isn't specifically magical in nature.

The effects the user causes can either be temporary or permanent.
