User with this ability either is or can mimic/transform into a sentient form of bacteria, virus, prion and another types of infectious microorganisms, as microorganisms they can journey into the smallest depths of various organisms and break them down from the inside out. The user is rendered nearly inaccessible to conventional beings due to their size and can spread debilitating infections to multiple beings at a time.
