Hideyoshi Soya (The Law of Ueki) can transmute people's voices into portraits. Upon remotely using transmutation reversal, he can effectively create bodiless sources of that voice.

Capabilities

The user can create and leave behind a source of voice. This voice will generate spoken lines that can throw off targets to where the user actually is. This source may be bodiless or it may be attached to objects or some other undescribed method.
