The ability to absorb water and utilize them in some way. Technique of Water Manipulation. Variation of Elemental Absorption.
Capabilities
The user can absorb water in all its forms from the atmosphere, bodies of water or living creatures, while removing it from the source, into their body and use it in various ways, gaining some form of advantage, either by enhancing themselves, gaining the drained power, using it as power source etc., either temporarily or permanently.
