The power to secrete an abundance of potable water from one’s body. Not to be confused with Liquefaction or Hydrokinesis.

Capabiltity

The user can gush forth water from their skin or mouth. The user’s body rapidly absorbs ambient moisture, thus drying the atmosphere.

Techniques

Downpour

Water can be thrown or doused upon a target for multiple purposes

Aqua Shield

Water can be ejected from a single location (like the hands) in large powerful quantities to stop heat, energy or even bullets.

Water Blast

Large quantities of water produced from the feet can lift the user several feet or increase the height of a jump.

Tidal wave

  • Tracy Strauss (Heroes, via transforming her own body to ice and letting it melt)
