Capabilities

User is made up of or can transform their body completely into water. Users' transformed form is anatomically identical to their normal form, aside of being made of water, in which case it contains all to organs and is somewhat vulnerable to attacks. Alternately the user can transform into homogeneous matter, without any part of their form being more important than the other.

Limitations

  • Extreme temperatures are likely a problem.
  • May need practice to change back.
  • User can be incapacitated or killed by being evaporated
  • Some users may not be able to return to their original body/form.
  • May require constant contact with element to stay in transformed state.
  • Vulnerable to anything that can nullify or bypass water-based defenses.
  • The user is vulnerable to Water Absorption.
