Capabilities

User can release waves, spirals, ripples, rings, pulses, blasts, and bursts of energy/matter (whether organic, inorganic, objects, etc.), and use them to damage, move, bind, or incapacitate targets, as well as potentially inducing other effects. They are able to send the energy/matter through any form of matter creating pulse elements that can radiate through anything. In some cases, these ripples can either be harmful or harmless at the user's will, or even selectively so, preventing unwanted damage while still affecting wide amounts of space at once. However, while not always harmful, these pulses can indeed manifest as powerful and largely destructive discharges.
