Capabilities

The user has obtained/collected a massive arsenal of various weapons and is able to dispose of them in the right situation, name the weapon and the user is sure to have something suitable. As for the method of obtaining them, it's either portals or instantly materalizing a weapon in the hand or any other plane. Even without basic weapon training, the user can compensate by throwing weapons like hunched stones at an opponent. Power and versatility are directly related to the contents of the arsenal.
